Critical fire danger is once again in place across portions of Southern California. While yesterday brought the peak of the Santa Ana winds, strong and gusty northeast and east winds will continue on Thursday.

The WindRadar shows gusts up to 40 mph through midday and into the afternoon. Quieter conditions move in this evening and will help lower the fire risk.
